Put PVC and PTP on the spreading roll separately, the material PVC through the fixed roll, spreading roll, then into the heating unit, here PVC turn to soft, in the forming mould, have the forming bubble by the air blowing, the forming diaphragm reversed, go to the filling system to have filling, at the same time the material PTP also through the direct roll into the heat sealing unit, bubble diaphragm and PTP diaphragm under high temperature of the heat sealing roll, two diaphragms are stick together in the pressure and high temperature through heating roll and directing roll, and make the material sealing well, then through the active roll into cooling board\moving roll\directing roll into printing unit, the diaphragm which finish printing pass the adjusting roll, send by the stepping roll, put them into cutting unit, in this unit the diaphragm was cut into pre-designed board, the finished products slip to the box, waste material slip to the waste box too.
